These steel plates like all of our free weight products are the very best grade available AAA.  These plates are guaranteed to be + or -  1% by weight.  Unlike the lower grades where weight can vary as much as 5% or even more.  All of our plates are machined to create an excellent finish that will not damage your equipment or lifting bars.
