LINEAR BEARING DESIGN CHIN DIP ASSISTED

This unit takes into account all body sizes as it is fitted with adjustable kneepads.  Note that this unit can be fitted with a footpads rather than the knee pad, allowing for the exercises to be performed from a standing position.   This unit has a much smaller foot print, measuring just 4' x 3'.   It is also equipped with adjustable handles for both the chinning function as well as the dipping exercise. For the chinning exercise, the left and right handles assemblies are adjustable in width and manufactured with grip handles which provide for :parallel grip, close grip and the standard wide angles grips.  

The dipping station, is equipped with handles that can be adjusted to account for varying shoulder and chest sizes.
