This system is the basis for most of our adjustable cable systems. The adjustable pulley system can be adjusted, in 3" increments, from approximately 8" of the floor to what ever height you may wish to specify. The unit illustrated above has now been modified to provide for two working cable ends on the adjustable assembly (double swivel pulley assembly). This additional feature allow the user to perform what ever exercise, in a unilateral function. In addition, the double swivel pulley system allow two cable ends to work with. Each cable end has a maximum working weight equal to 1/2 of the actual weight stack weight. If both cable ends are connected to a common handle the user will have a working weight equal to the actual weight stack weight. |

UNILATERAL LAT PULLDOWN OPTION
….this option can be included on most any of double swivel pulley machines. The seated lat seat with leg hold down is detachable from the main unit allowing for a clear working area in front of the cable column when required.
UNILATERAL ROW
….if we can built a unilateral lat pull down, a unilateral seated row is just as simple to produce. It can be as simple as a removable foot plate, as illustrated above, or it may be more elaborate including an elevated seat, handle rest, and you may even wish to have a chest support pad added into the picture. |
